Meet Leaa Cruce

I believe every child is capable of learning when they feel understood, encouraged, and supported.

With more than 20 years of experience in public education, I’ve had the privilege of teaching students in Duval, Putnam, and St. Johns County Public Schools, as well as serving as an instructor at St. Johns River State College. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of North Florida.

My approach is rooted in patience, encouragement, and meaningful connection. I strive to create a calm, engaging learning environment where students deepen their understanding, develop confidence, and become more independent learners.
